Usually we use five different kind of fishes,such as : salmon,snapper,butter fish,tuna,and bonito...but here we make diferent for set menu of reservation from the tour and travel agents.we only use three kinds of fishes such as : salmon,snapper,and tuna..
it looks so nice,cause it is very fresh and contains a lot of proteins....
